Terms
- We guarantee all of out animals for a live, healthy arrival. All reptiles will be in good
health and feeding and properly sexed for gender before they are shipped.
- Pictures of all our animals are available upon request. Every animal offered for sale will
have their own pictures, this way you know what you are getting before you invest.
- Full payment must be received prior to shipping. Payment is accepted by means of certified
or personal checks, money order or paypal. Currently not set up for credit cards only
through paypal.com. Orders by phone and e-mail will be held for 10 days, if payment has not
been received after the 5th day, all animals on order will be put back up for sale.
- Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temps in route are between 40-80 degrees. No
guarantees for shipment delays or packages lost by the carrier. We must be notified within
24 hours of arrival time on the death of the animal. If we are not notified of sick or
dead animals within the 3 hours of arrival, JT'S REPS, will NOT be held responsible.
- Shipping charges are extra and will be paid by the buyer.
- all sales out of ky have no sales tax.. ky sales are subject to 6% sales tax. All prices include
heat/cold packs box and handling no hidden charges. No minumum order, and all orders over
500 dollars will be shipped at jts reps expense.
